Our MD Martin Lauer was presented with The One Point’s Double Excellence Awards this week by O2 at the home of UK Formula 1 Silverstone.
The One Point were winners of the 2015 Customer Excellence and Digital Excellence Awards earlier this year. The event attended by senior O2 UK representatives (pictured) was O2’s opportunity to recognised their Direct Partners for delivering ‘Best In Class Service Experiences’.

The winners got the chance to race 3 cars after the ceremony with Martin coming 2nd out of a field of over 20 drivers.
The One Point are committed to customer service and are due to launch their ‘TOP Class Customer Service Promise’.
Martin said: “At The One Point we really care and are always listening to our customers and making system and process improvements. We want to be World Class, the journey to getting there will be challenging but worth it in the long run. We are proud to be so highly regarded by O2.”
