A sign has now been installed at the Bridgehead Hessle site marking that The One Point is now closer than ever to moving into an iconic new office.

The new flagship 15,000 sq. ft building is being built by our sister company [email protected] and will be shared by The One Point.

Martin Lauer, Managing Director of The One Point, said: “Working together with [email protected] we will create a digital focal point at Bridgehead, where we will work with the very best businesses within the region and beyond.

“This new space will be a showcase for innovation, mobilisation and digitisation, with technical excellence, sales and engineering support under one roof.”

Mr Sturdy, Managing Director of [email protected], said the new offices had been inspired by the high-quality working environments Wykeland has created through the refurbishment of Marina Court in Hull city centre and the stunning, new-build C4DI tech hub in the city’s Fruit Market. “We’ve used these as signposts to what we want,” said Mr Sturdy. “We’ve seen what Wykeland has done and want that for our own business.”

So far the ground work of the construction can be seen to be taking place with workers on site laying out the foundations and preparing the approaching road. Soon passers-by will be able to see the building's steel frame take shape as the development continues.

The building is scheduled to be complete in September and the offices will be fully occupied by January.
