IT Helpdesk Analyst, Jacob Hodson, has recently passed his Level 3 Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship with The One Point.
Jacob's final grade for his apprenticeship was a Merit.
His apprenticeship has been delivered by The Institute of Apprenticeships, and our Helpdesk Manager, David Thompson, can be seen presenting Jacob with his certificate in the above photo.
