Our Helpdesk IT Support apprentice Lewis Cook has today passed the module - Managing Windows 10.
This module will count towards achieving an MCSA level 3 program, a Microsoft certification. This is to be completed with our apprenticeship and training partner Baltic.
During his time as an apprentice at The One Point, Lewis has had the opportunity to get hands-on experience working with real-world challenges brought to us by our customers. A big part of this opportunity is a chance to gain a qualification as he supports our customers answering calls and responding to tickets on our helpdesk, in doing so he has encountered a wide range of challenges.
Drew Skinner has been Involved with Lewis’s training and support, Drew said, “Lewis has worked hard, the whole team is proud of him and think he’s a great asset to the team and we are really pleased with his progress“.
