Custom mobile app development is a product that many of our customers have frequently asked for. We have listened to this feedback and our development team have been working hard to make this a product that we can now directly deliver to our customers.
Using the latest cutting edge development tools our team have developed a platform that will work with Android, iOS and Windows devices for use on both mobile and tablet. This has allowed us to develop apps that connect with our existing CRM system, for instance, feeding in data from forms that can be completed directly from the App or raising a ticket.

Our App Development Story So Far
We started out on our app development journey by designing the kind of mobile app that would meet the needs of our IT and Telecoms team enabling them to accurately record information when visiting customer sites and connect with our CRM. Additionally, this app helped us to track our deliveries and feed data to our CRM system. After the success of this mobile app, we soon saw opportunities to grow this into a product as our customers were sharing with us similar problems to ours, from here we knew we could help them find solutions.
Interestingly this has been a similar process to how our Digital team started out developing CRM systems for our customers as when we find a way to improve ourselves we want to share this with our customers too.
