This week we have expanded our Helpdesk Team by welcoming two new apprentices.
James Scott has joined our Helpdesk Team as an IT Helpdesk Analyst Apprentice.
Louis Joyce has also joined out Helpdesk Team as an IT Helpdesk Analyst Apprentice.
They will be here to learn and take on the skill sets to resolve support queries and faults, ensuring they are delivering a high standard of customer service to our clients.
