The consumer group Which? has found in a survey that mobile operators Vodafone and EE are failing to provide their customers with an adequate customer service experience.
The two well-known operators scored particularly poorly in areas of 'ease of contact' and 'value for money'. These results show no improvement from a similar survey taken last year where both companies were found at the bottom for major operators.
Alex Neill, director at Which? for campaigns and communications said "Our latest survey once again shows that the major mobile providers are still failing on the basics of customer service. Telecoms are an essential part of modern life and so providers need to start delivering for their customers,”.
Signs of poor customer services have also been revealed by Ofcom who last month reported that Vodafone has been the subject of a big rise in customer complaints.
Both companies have again promised improvements for customers using their networks.
