Following a successful pilot scheme over February and March the crime reduction charity No Way Trust has launched a new feedback form built using The One CRM, The One Point’s bespoke CRM platform.

No Way Trust offer services like providing Crime and Safety Awareness Days for young people to learn about the possible consequences of becoming involved in antisocial or criminal behaviour. This new feedback form is designed to help No Way Trust gain a thorough insight into what young people think and thought about their day and experiences with any Trust activity.

No Way Trust needed a system that could solve the problem of receiving feedback in a paper-based format. This was proving to be a costly and time-consuming way to receive feedback. What’s more, many young people did not fully complete the form.

The new feedback form was designed to be bright and fun and to appeal to young people in particular, a fun scoring system was introduced and through trial and error over the pilot period the form now maximises the quality of the feedback received. Information could be collected in a consistent way helping the Trust present their services more effectively and develop their services in a way that young people will find most valuable.
