Orange have added UMA technology to more of their phones to boost signal. With a compatible phone, you don’t need to invest in any extra equipment Orange is the only UK network to offer this technology Signal Boost is ideal for small businesses that want improved coverage in their home or office. It’s also great for larger businesses that want to improve their employees’ indoor home coverage

It’s the same as pairing your laptop with your Wi-Fi router.

UMA technology works with any Wi-Fi broadband connection. Making a phone call will only take up about 100Kb/s of your bandwidth.

You don’t have to think about the switch between connections. It all happens seamlessly.

costs – there aren’t any
Signal Boost is included with the handset, so you don’t pay any more for it. It uses your normal broadband service and your normal talk plan applies.
