As there is a lot of uncertainty around the full impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), I am writing to personally reassure you that here at The One Point, as a ‘Key Worker’ business, it remains business as usual.

We have been experiencing a huge demand upon our service desk and field engineering teams so have therefore doubled up capacity at busy times including Out Of Hours support. Should you need to escalate anything urgently please contact the Helpdesk via help@theonepoint.co.uk in the first instance and cc in your account manager and explain the urgency.

REMINDER: Managed VoIP and IT Customers ONLY:

At this time many people are contacting us to access remote working solutions. Of course we are happy to help you with these enquiries and would therefore like to remind you all that should you have a VoIP telephone system or a Full Managed IT Support Agreement with us that we will support your remote users at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
