The One Point and City Health Care Partnership are working to donate 100 mobile phones to the charity Mobile Refugee Support.
This donation will give a new purpose to older devices that The One Point previously supplied to staff working across CHCP services.
The phones will be making their way to a refugee camp in the next few days. They will be distributed to refugees by the Charity, which work to provide aid, consolidation, and support to refugees and displaced peoples.
MRS supplies essentials and necessities to enable more bearable conditions for those stranded without homes or safety in foreign countries. This also includes providing a source of relevant, helpful and up-to-date information.
We are delighted to have worked with CHCP to make this donation possible and see the devices go on to help provide a vital lifeline to people in need.
