Company Directors complete Hull University Future Leaders Programme

Yesterday our Sales Director, Nathan Greenfield, and our Finance and Operations Director, Nicola Willingham, completed their Future Leaders Programme. The course was run by the Faculty of Business, Law and Politics at Hull University.

This intense year-long programme looked to further equip our senior executives with the knowledge and leadership skills to survive and thrive in a fast-moving workplace. Areas covered included Leadership Insights, People Dynamics, Driving Success, Managing Conflict without Distortion, Influence, Business Finance, Human Resources and Organisational Strategy. Leadership style, behaviour triggers and dynamics were uncovered alongside more daily sessions on P&L and financial data interrogation.

Expert leads from Hull University took the lead on this innovative programme with 15 participants from ambitious businesses from across the Humber Region.
