Congratulations Oliver Cook on Achieving Your Level 4 Network Engineer Apprenticeship

Congratulations to Oliver Cook, our ICT Engineer, for achieving Merit in his level 4 apprenticeship. Oliver's unwavering dedication and commitment to his responsibilities at The One Point and his coursework with QA, accredited by the British Computer Society (BCS), have culminated in the completion of his studies. This level 4 accomplishment is equivalent to a foundation degree. The programme focused on modern network infrastructure, advanced connectivity, and security, all aligning perfectly with Oliver's role at The One Point.

"Oliver did well across both assessment days, resolving all but one of the tickets. On day two, he also produced a functional, secure, and optimised network proposal. Oliver did very well in the network proposal task during the discussion, as it's what he does on a day-to day basis, and he was able to elaborate further on the initial submission. Oliver demonstrated he could plan his work, detect and resolve network failures, improve network performance, install and manage new devices and test the network to ensure the changes were successful."
