Happy 10 Year Anniversary to FEO

The One Point would like to wish a very Happy 10th Anniversary to For Entrepreneurs Only! FEO comprises like-minded local entrepreneurs who collectively turn over £3.5bn each year.

"We employ over 22,000 people and represent successful local businesses of all sectors and sizes. FEO is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Hull. Our goal is to help build the local economy by creating a private sector renaissance. We help entrepreneurs in Hull & East Yorkshire create wealth and jobs. We aim to motivate, educate, inspire, and support others through regular events and initiatives. Our members give their time, energy, passion, and resources. Everyone at FEO works hard to promote Hull and the Humber region as a great place to start and run a business."

In 2018, The One Point became an FEO Key Partner. This partnership has helped the Community Interest Company (CIC) continue to do excellent work. Martin Lauer, MD of The One Point, has been an active member of FEO since the company was set up 10 years ago. He helps deliver the FEO Step Change for Growth programme.

In December 2019, FEO announced a 5-year plan which encourages, supports and mentors potential and practising entrepreneurs on their path to success. To help realise the goal, four additional Directors were appointed to the FEO Board, better representing the diverse range of members and businesses. Included in these four new Directors is Martin Lauer, Managing Director of The One Point.
