Nathan set to perform a 12000 ft skydive to raise money for Love You 2 Appeal

Business Development Manager Nathan Greenfield is a great supporter of The Dove House Expansion and Redevelopment Appeal. Nathan is raising funds by jumping out of a plane travelling at 12,000 ft and falling between 120 - 180MPH!

Supporting the Charity

The One Point, the National supplier of IT, Telecoms, Mobile Phones and Digital services, proactively support the Love You 2 Appeal.

The One Point for the Dove House Appeal manages the Phone' R' Donor campaign brand. The One Point collects, values, and recycles any old mobile phone and gives 100% of the money to the Love You 2 Appeal for Dove House Charity.

Other services and schemes include the website and the Buy a Block Scheme, where businesses can donate £100 to receive a building block that in total represents the new hospice being funded.

Martin Lauer, Managing Director of The One Point, said, "This campaign is an important one for the area as it will provide the money to pay for vital services for the Hospice."

About the Charity

Dove House Hospice was established on the Chamberlain Road site in 1990. It provides specialist care for people residing in Hull and East Yorkshire living with life-limiting illnesses.

The services are available to anyone over 18 years who has a life-limiting illness. Specialist palliative care is provided for patients with cancer, motor neurone disease, HIV/AIDS, or other life-limiting illnesses.

Your donation will be going toward the expansion & redevelopment of the hospice.

Additional facilities on completion of the redevelopment will include:

• 12 respite beds, including 2 family suites
• 2 dementia suites
• Enhanced therapy assessment and treatment areas
• New rehabilitation and gym facilities
• The new and improved day therapy unit
• Efficient and updated clinical and administration accommodation
• Hospice cafe for the whole community
