Our MD Martin Lauer runs FEO's Step Change for Growth programme

The latest FEO Step Change for Growth session took place yesterday making use of The One Point's new office space at The View.

The session was run by our MD Martin Lauer.

In attendance was Angela Oldroyd from The Promotion Company, Paul Franks from IM Energy, Leigh Gilson and Geof Brooke from Brookes Ceramics and Josh Donnelly from Sewell Group.

The Step Change for Growth programme sees small groups of established business owners attend six interactive half-day monthly sessions focused on self-improvement and company performance and profitability.

Previous Step Change for Growth participants have increased sales and profit margins as well as creating, on average, three more jobs each after completing the programme.
