We are delighted to announce that we won Best Customer Service at this year's Mobile News Awards!
The One Point have been recognised and shortlisted in the Best Customer Service Award category at this year's Mobile News Awards! This will then be judged by 11 industry experts, along with nearly 100 other entries across 23 categories. Winners are to be announced on March 12th during the annual black-tie gala event at The London Hilton on Park Lane.
"Since 1995 the Mobile News Awards has recognised top performers in the UK mobile channel. For 25 years, these sold-out awards have inspired the innovation and service that has marked the progress of the mobile industry. Held on March 12th 2020, it will be the highlight of the channel's calendar and the mobile industry's biggest night-out, offering unrivalled network opportunities at an all-night show and party marked by world-class entertainment and cuisine at one of London's leading Mayfair banqueting venue."
The Best Customer Service Awards takes into account customer testimonials, improvements, and customer engagement and retention.
Our nomination, one of many carefully considered, took into account the fantastic responses gathered from customer feedback surveys, as well as our testimonials and robust customer support systems.
