Supporting Heroes and Champions Throughout The Region

The One Point are once again, proud to be sponsoring Hull & East Yorkshire's Sporting Heroes & Champions Awards for the second year running. The 2010 awards are set to be even bigger and better than last year and TOP have once again been proud sponsors; furthering our investment into local sport.

TOP, who currently sponsor a range of local clubs including, Hull FC, Hull KR, Hull Wasps and now North Ferriby United, took part in the first ever awards in 2009 which recognised the commitment, passion and dedication of local men, women and children who take part in local sport and in doing so make a positive impact on the local community.

The 2009 awards were a tremendous success, with people from a wide range of sports clubs and societies contributing to the make the event one of the highlights of the local sporting calendar. The One Point were proud sponsors of the coveted 'Professional Club Community Engagement' Award which was jointly awarded to Hull KR's Shaun Briscoe, Hull FC's Lee Radford and Hull City's Nick Barmby

Managing Director of TOP, Martin Lauer said: "We are thrilled to be backing local sport once again. We have always done this and like to put something back into our local sports men and women in whichever capacity we can. The awards are a great way of celebrating and recognising the hard work and dedication that each person puts into their sport."

The 2010 Awards are due to take place at the KC Stadium later this year.
