UK Best Mobile Dealer Award Finalists

The One Point Limited have been announced as finalists in this year's prestigious Mobile Industry Awards. The annual event recognises the highest flyers in the mobile industry across many aspects such as the best network, the hottest device and the Best UK Dealer, the category The One Point are finalists in.

We met with industry chiefs and a finalist panel last week to evidence exemplary achievements against the following criteria:

• ‍Increasing customer base
• ‍Diversifying
• Improving churn
• ‍Customer service
• Staff training
  

Martin Lauer, Managing Director of The One Point, said, "These awards are known to be the BAFTAs of the mobile industry. We will be sitting with mobile giants such as Peter Jones from Dragons Den and Charles Dunston from the Carphone Warehouse. To be finalists is a testament to our code of ethics and service levels. The presentations were intense and hard-fought; we have clearly achieved something for Hull. We are the only mobile dealer considered north of Birmingham‚, so we are really flying the flag for the North.
