Welcome to The One Point Foundation: Tessa Wray

We are delighted to announce that Tessa Wray, Head of Partnerships at Hey Smile Foundation, has been appointed Chair of The One Point Foundation.

Tessa is joining a pre-established organisation that she will manage and help steer in the correct direction. She will align our aims and values to match our activities and actions.

The One Point Foundation is an employee-driven organisation launched to empower members of The One Point Team to take an active and assisted role in supporting causes that mean the most to them.
Our core aim is to make an impact on our local community by supporting causes that improve lives, support the vulnerable, and create opportunities. We offer much support to educational causes such as Run with It, the young people’s numeracy and literacy enhancement charity. We also provide support for sports clubs such as North Ferriby FC, Barton Town, and Hessle Rangers.

We don’t just plant trees; we recognise the impact we have on our planet. As part of our foundation efforts, we have a planting trees initiative supporting what is effectively the lungs of the earth. We have pledged to become net-zero by 2025 by adapting our workspaces and behaviours, supporting a greener team commute, and saving energy in our office spaces.

It is important to us that our whole team supports The One Point Foundation. With new leadership from Tessa, we hope that we can build on this and continue to support great charities and organisations close to our team’s hearts.
