IT Manager, Haseeb, passes Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

Our IT Manager, Haseeb Dar, recently attended the Microsoft 'Discovery Day', providing him with a short day of training in the fundamentals of Microsoft Azure and Cloud Computing.

The training day covered the following:

• Cloud computing, Azure and Azure subscriptions
• Azure Web Apps
• Create and configure VMs in Microsoft Azure
• Create an Azure virtual network
• Azure storage
• Describe and deploy databases in Azure
• Azure tooling and utilities
• Azure security basics
• Storing data in Azure

After attending the training day, Haseeb has now completed the requirements to be recognised as a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
