"I'm taking part in the One Million Step Challenge to support people affected by diabetes. I've not been very active recently but this is a cause I want to support and be more active at the same time. Please help me to raise funds for a great cause, I'm aiming to do at least 10,000 steps a day from now until September. There are 4.7 million people living with diabetes in the UK, the complications of which lead to over 500 premature deaths every week. So, I'm stepping towards a healthier me, and a better future for people living with diabetes."
