TOP donate 2 Butterflies in support of HER Breast Friends

In celebration of their 15th anniversary, HER Breast Friends has launched 'The Butterfly Effect' to raise awareness of breast cancer and vital funds for the Charity.

Hull & East Riding (HER) Breast Friends was founded in November 2005 due to the friendship formed between Jan Jones and Liz Drury during treatment for breast cancer. They recognised no matter how breast cancer touched your life, there was a desire to do something positive with the experience. The idea of HER Breast Friends began. The Charity is recognised by the Hull & East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust as having a positive contribution towards the recovery of patients.

The Butterfly Effect:

"We are inviting businesses and schools to purchase and decorate a blank MDF Butterfly. The decorated butterflies will then be displayed in various venues across Hull and East Yorkshire for a while, ahead of a public vote to determine the winning butterfly in both categories. The winners will be announced at The Butterfly Ball on 7th November 2020."

In support of HER Breast Friend's 'The Butterfly Effect', The One Point is donating 2 Butterflies to Swanland Primary School and St Anne's Primary School to decorate and take part in the public vote to determine the winning butterfly.

HER Breast Friends are looking for businesses to take part and decorate a butterfly as a team exercise or donate a butterfly to a school of your choosing for them to decorate it.
